I work in four formats:

• fixed-scope engagements from the offers page, priced at £500 a day or as a fixed fee;
• retainers of one to two days a week;
• one-hour expert calls, directly or through a network;
• half-day workshops for analytics teams.

Two days a week from start month TBD. Remote from the UK, with on-site days by arrangement. Inside or outside IR35.

The most useful first message has three parts: the decision the work would inform, the data that exists and how often it arrives, and when you need an answer. Within a week you will have a written scope, a day count and a fee, or a short note saying it is not a fit and who might be.
